Y
ou will notice that by doing these drills you will reach the top of your game by learning what state of focus and body relaxation is and how they contribute. If you find that you are not playing at a higher level then before and find it mentally difficult, then you are not performing the drills correctly. Another reason for no results after doing the drills is that you are trying too hard and become too tight in some regions of your body. Try to forget what you have been taught and do the opposite First winning is out of the mind, then try less, relax some parts of your bodies, and let go of judging shots.

It is recommended that you do ground strokes before performing these drills explained in the following drills, but once completed go back to the first drill and start again using the volley. I will get to the harder part in the later drills. While hitting the balls, don’t just aim towards the middle. Spend your time hitting backhand crosscourt, backhands and forehands down the line, and forehands crosscourt. Once you’ve spent a sufficient about of time hitting the balls, play a game up to about 10 pts while continuing to hit cross  courts and down the lines.
