Footwork is a key component to the game tennis and we want it to be a key component to your game. The concept is the better your footwork is your playing performance will increase. Although speed can help, it is not required to have good foot work because you can till be very effective and cover the court solely by having good footwork. If you have proper footwork you will be able to cover more of the court, recover quicker after shots and help you prepare for the next shot.
